Airseas today, is comprised of an expert and highly motivated team of over 80 employees, specialized in aeronautics, maritime and prototyping. Using an AGILE development method, there is no hierarchy per say, but a management team composed of the following people:

Extensive international experience in telecoms and (US, Norway, Sweden, Mexico) launching breakthrough products and services for Ericsson and Airbus. Passionate about sailing and piloting.

President & co-founder

Strong experience as design office engineer at Airbus, specialised in Aerodynamics (9 years), Flight Mechanics/Modelling (6 years), Performance (2 years). Involved in wind tunnel test campaigns and for several important Airbus flight tests including A400M, A350 and A320 Neo programs. A Recognized flight dynamics expert, combining design and wind tunnel testing experience as well as passion for kitesurfing, parafoil and anything flying!

CTO & co-founder

25 years of experience in complex international programs and business unit management in the aerospace sector (Thales, Zodiac / Safran). A sustained customer focus, an undisguised pleasure for developing multidisciplinary teams and building strong relationships between all the stakeholders as well as resolving strategic issues in an environment of rapid growth.

General Manager

CFO with 15 years’ experience managing portfolios up to 1bn€, leading international teams mainly in the Energy & Transportation Industry (GE, Alstom, Airbus…). Strategic business partner, experienced in developing new Business from scratch, skilled in Controlling, Business planning, Risk management, M&A, Financing and transformation.

17 years of development in project management and contractual relations with client and subcontractors. Expert in maritime works, and turnkey contracts new products in the Oil and Gaz and Wind Offshore industry. Managed complex project for Alstom GE wind, LBC Sogestrol and Stoltoffshore for budget over $400M projects. Romain was a skipper competing during the America Cup.

Program & Product Manager

Experienced Global Business Development & Commercial Director having worked in the Marine Offshore, Maritime, Energy & Petrochemical Industries. He has commercially led multiple Division & Enterprise Start-Ups. His extensive geographic experience includes Europe/Scandinavia, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, North & South America and South East & North East Asia.

Commercial Director

Former head of Legal for regional aircraft manufacturer ATR, as well as an Airbus senior lawyer for over 10 years. Advised commercial teams for the negotiation of aircraft sale agreements negotiation ($800M). Negotiated corporate finance documentation for aircraft financing ($500M). President of Children for the Ocean gathering a worldwide community of 450+ members worldwide.

Head of Legal & Institutionnal Affairs

Alexandre is a certified PMP and SAFe® 4 agilist senior program manager with more than 10 years’ experience in the aerospace industry, 5 years in the telecommunication industry. In this field of activities, Alexandre has been managing projects & transnational programs in various technical fields going from R&D projects as fiber optics networks introduction in airplanes to industrial projects as ADCN, IMA, EMC/LDA, Fuel & Landing Gear systems. Alexandre has been a process management leader for AKKA France as well as a lead auditor on multiple EN9100/ISO9100 internal audits.

Continuous Improvement and QHSE Manager

With a double background in human resources & law, Soline has over 10 years of experience in various HR roles providing her the opportunity to work in all areas of HR including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, leadership training and development, compensation & benefits. She gained her experience in the fields of heavy equipment & robotics, working for global companies with multicultural sensitivity and rapid business growth.

Human Capital Manager

Specialized in aeronautical and automatic techniques. Specialist in flight control R&D and piloting laws. Was in charge of the A330 and A340 family piloting laws and managed the research and development team in charge of the simulation, models and flight control tools (30 people, with €3M budget).

Product Line Manager

13 years of experience in Safran as a mechanical engineer designing and testing aircraft engines in close cooperation with General Electric, Airframers (Airbus, Boeing, Cessna) and Airlines. Mainly involved in Research & Development, Swann has extensive knowledge and expertise on technical and high-end products development from concept phase, to design, manufacturing & testing up to customer support.

Expert in management of complex industrial projects in the construction and delivery of work boats and service vessels, performance and continuous improvement oriented, Pierre-Emmanuel relies on fourteen years of experience in shipbuilding in France and abroad since the tender, design, ship production, after sales service, and even regulations.
